Black seed oil is a wonderful addition to my health regime. Immune boosting - helped me quickly knock over a bout of shingles. Natures Basket black seed oil is great value. Daily it supports my digestion and immune defense. Doesn’t taste flash but you get used to that and I have come to quite enjoy it.
