I haven’t yet started using the capsules but I was delighted to find this product as an alternative to the established trade marked products that are more expensive.Even allowing for shipping it was still worthwhile. The capsules will be good for travelling and just as a break from taking loose husk which isn’t as pleasant. I would certainly consider a future purchase.
