Haji(?) immediately offered me a 12cm bowl at no extra cost and that I could return the first one, once I received the second one. He also said if I was not happy with both, then he would give me a full refund. The bowl arrived within 2 days. Very quick turn around. I kept the 12cm one and returned the first one. Wonderful trust and just the best ever to deal with. This bowl has a lasting reverberation when you use the hard end of the mallet, not the soft end.
