Barley Grass and Mango Lassi Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp barley grass powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp honey
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
