Barley Grass and Mango Lassi Smoothie


  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A handful of ice cubes


  1. Add the chopped mango, yogurt, water, barley grass powder, cardamom, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed, adding more honey if desired.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of barley grass powder if desired.
