I recently had bypass surgery and read that beetroot was good for the heart so thought I would try it.
I found it easy to mix and pleasant to take. I haven't noticed any health benefits so far but early days.

First time I have tried the powdered version, so I was slightly skeptical, I needn't have been as it worked fantastically, cleaning and clearing out (if you get what I mean :-)) - Highly recommend product.

This neem oil smells so bad but I apply to my face and rinse off after 20minutes and it really has improved my skin and heals spots fast. My face has never felt so amazing!
