For this week, my goal is to restore my health. My average heart rate is above 180, and the peak heart rate can be 200+ which is dangerous. As a man my age, my peak heart rate should be 180, and I need to keep it under 150 in training. In my past life, I was educated to compete, to win, but not to lose. It's really hard to control my pace and slow down. The first lesson I have to learn is how to slow down.

Heart rate

As someone who has always been active, I never thought I would have to worry about my health. I was a soldier, always striving to be the best, pushing myself to my limits. But as I've grown older, I've come to realize the importance of taking care of my body and pacing myself.

My journey to restoring my health started when I noticed that my heart rate was consistently above what it should be. I knew I had to take action, but it wasn't easy. I had to learn how to slow down, to take my time, and to listen to my body.

At first, it was difficult. I was used to pushing myself to the limit, always trying to be better, faster, stronger. But I soon realized that I was doing more harm than good. I was putting too much strain on my body, and it was taking a toll on my health.

So, I decided to take a step back and reevaluate my approach. I started pacing myself, taking breaks when I needed them, and listening to my body. It wasn't easy at first, but I soon began to see the benefits.

By slowing down, I was able to lower my heart rate and reduce the strain on my body. I felt more relaxed, less stressed, and more in control. I began to enjoy my workouts again, taking pleasure in the journey rather than just the destination.

And the benefits didn't stop there. By taking care of my body, I found that I had more energy, more focus, and more drive. I was able to accomplish more in my daily life, both in my personal and professional endeavors.

So, if you're like me and you're struggling to restore your health, I encourage you to learn to slow down. Take your time, pace yourself, and listen to your body. You'll be amazed at the difference it can make.

I'm taking steps to boost my health and energy levels this week by incorporating natural supplements into my routine. Specifically, I'm using Shilajit resin for a boost in energy and reduced fatigue, Ashwagandha to help lower my blood pressure, and Moringa powder for its high-quality vitamins and proteins. I'm excited to see the positive effects these supplements will have on my overall well-being!
