highly recommended

This product is great, the turn around from order to arrival was super quick. Air is fresher, nose is clearer since I have started sinus rinsing. Highly recommend this product. Only thing lacking was some instructions on how to use but it was easy enough to figure out.

To use our Nose Wash System for sinus and allergy relief, follow these simple steps:

1.Begin by thoroughly washing your hands with soap and water to ensure cleanliness.

2.Fill the 300ml bottle with lukewarm distilled water or a saline solution. Make sure the water is at a comfortable temperature, neither too hot nor too cold.

3.Lean over a sink or basin and tilt your head slightly forward.

4.Gently insert the nozzle of the nasal washer into one nostril. Ensure a secure but comfortable fit.

5.Squeeze the bottle gently to allow the water or saline solution to flow into your nasal passages.

6.Allow the solution to flow through your nasal cavity and out of the other nostril. Breathe gently through your mouth during this process.

7.Repeat the process with the other nostril.

8.After use, thoroughly clean the nasal washer and nozzle with soap and water. Allow them to dry completely before storing them in a clean, dry place.

9.Use the sinus rinse packets as directed, typically by dissolving them in the lukewarm water before use.

10.Incorporate this nasal wash routine into your daily or weekly nasal care regimen for optimal results and relief from sinus congestion and allergies.
