How to use
External (face/scalp)
1–2 tsp with water/yogurt/honey → smooth paste.

Face mask: thin layer, 10–15 min, rinse well.

Scalp paste: apply 10–15 min before shampoo, rinse thoroughly.
Use 2–3× weekly. Patch-test first; avoid eye area.
Oral-care DIY
Add a small pinch to homemade toothpaste or a warm-water rinse. Do not swallow toothpaste or rinse.
Traditional internal use
Start low: ¼–½ tsp in warm water once daily; increase only as desired.
