How To Use 

Internal (once daily):

  • Stir ½–1 tsp into warm water, herbal tea, smoothies, or yogurt.

Topical (1–2× weekly):

  • Mix 1 tsp Manjistha + rose water/aloe into a paste.

  • Apply thinly, leave 8–10 min, rinse gently.
