How to use
External (face/scalp)

Mix 1–2 tsp powder with water, yogurt, or honey to a smooth paste.

Face mask: apply a thin layer for 10–15 min, rinse well.

Scalp paste: apply to scalp 10–15 min before shampoo; rinse thoroughly.
Use 2–3× weekly. Patch-test first; avoid the eye area.
Oral-care DIY

Add a small pinch to homemade toothpaste or a warm-water rinse; do not swallow toothpaste or rinse.
Traditional internal use

Start low: ¼–½ tsp in warm water once daily. Increase only as desired.
