Week 3: Running, Herbs, and Meditation: A Natural Way to Manage Blood Pressure Nature's Basket - NZ

Week 3 of the Nature's Basket Marathon Challenge has been a game-changer for me. After completing 32.2km last week, I am feeling more confident and energized than ever. But it's not just about the running – it's about the journey towards better health and wellbeing.

Since starting the challenge, I have also been exploring natural remedies to help support my body. I recently stopped taking prescription drugs and started using HaritakiAshwagandha and Moringa as a herbal remedy. Haritaki is known to improve the oxygen levels in the blood, while Ashwagandha is to help lower my blood pressure. Additionally, Moringa is a great source of vitamins, protein, and minerals, making it an excellent supplement for marathon training.

I have also noticed that I am very sensitive to caffeine, which was causing my heart rate to spike, so I decided to switch to using Shilajit instead. I have been keeping a close eye on my health and monitoring my blood pressure, which has maintained at a healthy 115/75 level. It's exciting to see the potential for these natural remedies to help with my hypertension.

The Nature's Basket Marathon Challenge has not only inspired me to push my limits with running, but it has also motivated me to explore natural and holistic ways to support my health. By incorporating natural remedies like Ashwagandha, Moringa, and Shilajit, I feel like I am taking a more proactive approach to my wellbeing.

As I continue with the challenge, I am excited to see how far I can push myself and how much more I can learn about natural health and wellness. It's not just about running a marathon – it's about the journey towards better health and happiness.
