I like the natural source, but tastes a bit yuck. I've mixed with magnesium. Personally, I noticeably feel more relaxed when I use it, especially after a week or so of consistently taking at night. Mixes easily, I sometimes have with a bit of juice or a effervescent vitamin tablet to improve taste. But if its not terrible. Would prefer it in a tub, rather than the bag, as its a bit difficult to spoon out of the bag.
